    Declaration of consent

By registering on myiDM, you consent to your personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, home address, language) being processed by iDM. By creating this user account, you are able to register your own heat pumps on myiDM or to obtain access rights from other heat pump owners to their heat pumps. Your personal data will not be passed on to other third parties within the meaning of the GDPR. However, data is passed on to technical service providers (e.g. system hosters) who support us in providing the systems. However, these service providers (processors) may not use the data for their own purposes and are bound by additional agreements to the strict provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for processors. Consent is voluntary. However, if you do not wish to give your consent, the user account cannot be created and the system can therefore only be controlled and configured locally on site. You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You can request the deletion of your user account from IDM at support@myidm.at. After revocation, your data will be deleted within 14 working days. You also have the right to transfer your data to another controller. If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for iDM is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at). However, you can also address your complaint to another supervisory authority that is responsible for your place of residence. If you do not use the myiDM service for more than 24 months either by logging in to the platform or by logging in to the myiDM app, iDM will assume that the system in question is no longer in operation and will mark the account for deactivation. You will receive a corresponding notification by e-mail. If you do not respond to the notification, the user account will be anonymized so that no personal reference can be established. iDM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently. You agree that iDM shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of the Service. For more information about iDM's privacy practices, please contact support@myidm.at or our Data Protection Officer at datenschutz@idm-energie.at.
